the first day of the rest of our lives...

or something completely ridiculous like that. Here's the scoop... today Robert and I are BOTH beginning the road to higher learning a.k.a. Master's degrees. We decided that if one was going through it, might as well have the other doing it too for moral support :) We both have light teaching loads and our entire evenings free. Also we live away from friends and family so there aren't as many distractions and no kids yet, so it seemed like the perfect time on our lives to do it. While I am very excited about this new venture (because I am a geek like that), I also know that it will completely take over my life as with any other schooling I have done in my short life. Therefore, if you do not see alot of action on this blog for the next year, that will be the reason :) Just take solace in the knowledge that I am enriching my mind and striving to be a better teacher :) That thought should keep you warm on a cold evening :) Anywhoo, its off to school for me... the one that I teach at currently and then its time to crack the books when I get home. And to think, I didn't even get a cool backpack or pencil case this year.... Growing up stinks :) I joke. See ya'll later~~
